    To whomever addresses this issue.

    I am James McFarland my boss updated our catlight subscription because we got a new email address because we were bought.

    I recieved and email from catlight saying

    Todd Rogers invited you to use CatLight.

    To join the team

    1. Get the app

    Use invitation code to join the team

    but i don't get the chance to enter the code to join the team. Also when i log in to your website it says You have an active trial that will expire on Feb 19, 2020

    i think i'm missing something.

    Jenkins returns 400 when Catlight tries to fetch jobs tree

    When Catlight tries to send "GET https://my-jenkins:11001/jenkins/api/json?tree=jobs[name,displayName,url,buildable,jobs[name,displayName,url..."  at the very begining of configuring a Jenkins connection, Jenkins reponds with 400 saying complaining about Invalid Characters in request. It seems that Catlight does not escape the query parameter "tree" properly. By issuing the same request manually with the query parameter encoded properly Jenkins responds with 200 and correct payload.

    The extract from NetworkLog:

    CatLight says "Unauthorized" and log file contains error message "Failed to fix key for <Guid> System.InvalidOperationException: Sequence contains no elements"

    Hello CatLight team,

    CatLight 2.29.2 has begun saying "Unauthorized" at program startup and the log file has begun reporting error message "Failed to fix key for <Guid> System.InvalidOperationException: Sequence contains no elements". Any ideas on what the fix for this issue is?

    Catlight starts a lot of TCP connections to localhost to same remote port

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Open TCPView from sysinternal
    2. Open Catlight
    3. You will see that a lot of sockets are created with System Process

    Trying to run the app on macOS Catalina Version 10.15.4 and getting the following error:

    Task bar icon is green when disconnected

    Anytime catlight has an error displaying the projects, which are solved by reconnecting, the task bar icon is solid green.

    Windows Defender Smartscreen blocks CatlightSetup-2.32.2.exe

    Since version 2.32.2 the setup.exe is blocked by Windows Defender Smartscreen. I assume there is no malware included but don't fully trust to 'Run anyway'. So i'll stick to the pre-latest version for now.

    Would be nice if this issue can be resolved within the next update.

    Account No Longer Exists

    All of a sudden my account/subscription no longer seems to exist. When I launched CatLight today it gave an error and when I got to my account it says I only have a trial that expires on July 2, 2020. 

    I had previously purchased a 1 year subscription on March 10, 2020.

    Unexpected or incorrect Jenkins job url

    Symptoms: when you click on a job on the CatLight dashboard, it can open a different URL from what you would expect.

    Resolution: Please check that the "Jenkins URL" is set correctly on the server. You can see it at Manage Jenkins/Configure System

    Catlight Will not Load (Spinning)

    I am an administrator on our Motion Industries Catlight Instance and since day one I have had intermittent problems with my instance of Catlight locally. Here is my properties file: C:\Users\dp019562\AppData\Local\CatLight\CatLight.exe -a "--show-dashboard"

    DevOps WorkItems - If too many the content is duplicated

    If the list of the work items is not expanded, everything is fine. But when there are too many WIs and the list is expanded, the list will now appear two times (see screenshot)

    Connecting to DevOps does not use dev.azure.com/[org]

    I cannot get CatLight to use the correct (new style) URL formats when connecting to DevOps.

    When I set up the DevOps connection it correctly prompts me to connect to dev.azure.com/[organisation] - but when the connection appears in CatLight it shows as [organisation].visualstudio.com

    All the links to builds etc. are therefore the old URL format and are not updated dynamically.

    We have set our organisation to use the new URL formats in DevOps settings so I would expect the CatLight system to respect this setting and use the new formats.

    Credit card declined and unenable change renewal settings

    We are trying to renew the Catlight Team Subscription (35 current users) and it give us some errors:

    - When we want to change the credit card

    - When we want to Enable subscription renewal

    Hi, I try to invite a new member to my team (with an active subscription), he receives an email but when he clicks on the link in the email, the link brinks to the catlight site and it is written "no active subscription"

    CatLight v2.34.2 Suddenly Stopped Loading Dashboard/Build Updates

    On Monday, October 18th 2021, I noticed that my CatLight tool was no longer showing the dashboard or updating build statuses.

    We use only a single connection (TFS), and I have repeatedly logged into TFS and checked build agents, etc, and CatLight is the only place not working.

    After sitting for about 5 minutes waiting for the dashboard to load, the gears go away, and I get the message "Offline A task was canceled." in the main window.

    Hi,

    Usually, when opening the query from the catlight browser, everything was perfect!

    Then I've enabled a new WorkItem experience from DevOps (see screenshot), it will open a wrong query!

    Yes, as now, as it is still in preview, I will disable it, but I think that you will be interested in this new behavior!

    Only the first 100 gitlab projects are shown

    Hi, I'm trying out your product to see if we can use it for Gitlab pipeline notifications. But I notice that while we have 600+ projects in Gitlab, I can only see the first 100 when chosing which ones to monitor. My guess is that there is a limit implemented and paging is not handled. Could you take a look at this?
