Can't login on CatLight Support website with Safari browser on macOS

    Jonathan Dodds · 0 · Posted

On macOS in Apple's Safari web browser:

    1. Open https://support.catlight.io
    2. Click 'Login'
    3. Enter credentials and click the 'Login' button
    4. Note that
      • the 'Login' box remains open
      • the 'email' and 'password' boxes are hidden
      • there is no explicit UI indication of an issue

The JavaScript console shows the following error:

[Error] Blocked a frame with origin "https://auth.helprace.com" from accessing a frame with origin "https://support.catlight.io". Protocols, domains, and ports must match.

    Refresh switches active tab

    Jerry Maresca · 0 · Posted

    Hello,

Minor issue - I have 3 tabs in my dashboard. Whenever my dashboard refreshes (every minute), the active tab switches back to the first one (left most). I'm using version 3.1.3

    Thanks!

Active "Tab" is lost whenever I edit some of the dashboard panels

    Tibo Desodt · 0 · Posted

I currently have 2 tabs in my Catlight, with dashboards for 2 different project.

Right now, whenever I try to edit a panel of Dashboard#2 ... and press cancel, I am brought back to Dashboard#1 ...

This is not a big deal, but because of this, several times :

    - I thought I had broken something

    - several times I was then about to do on Dashboard#1 changes that I wanted to do in Dashboard#2 (they are very similar)

"I will investigate" has sync problems

Recently we have seen problems with the "I will investigate" functionality. It has mainly 2 issues:

    1. A person can "hang" as "investigating" on other persons' Catlight instance, while the person in question has a Catlight instance that says he/she is not currently investigating anything. - this one is critical, because we have errors that aren't looked into for a long while, until somebody asks the person why he/she hasn't fixed the error yet...!
    2. "Investigating" isn't cleared after a green build, but must instead manually be cleared. This also leads to wrong behavior, because if a build breaks, a person investigates,

    No notification - Jenkins & Win10

Peter Michael Bysøe · 3 · Last reply by catlight

    Hi,

I have CatLight version 2.15.8. I have all settings for notifications on and listening on all branches. I can see when the build is running, failing, is done, etc. in catlight, but there is no notification popping up in windows. What could I do?
