I love the idea but if I want to share and encourage among my team, I would need to share my settings so we are all monitoring the same builds.

For anyone else wondering the JSON files are at:
%APPDATA%\Catlight\Data\settings\
You need the ones:
Jenkins-e1029f3825774babb2b35feee108acf6.json
and also the:
modules.json
Since it isn't supported officially it might break once newer versions are released to share the settings since you might be missing newer values in these files.
