Connection Problem Azure DevOps Services

Hello,

Our organisation currently has some issues with CatLight, where CatLight cannot establish a connection to Azure DevOps Services.

Background ist, that we recently migrated to Azure DevOps Services. We installed in the migrated DevOps Organisation the CatLight Extension. When trying to Login using CatLight, our developers get the OAuth Authorization form to give Consent to CatLight. But then they get a similair error to this.

Currently our users are circumventing this by using the PAT login. But this leads to high API Usage. Normally CatLight would use Service hooks. 

How can this be fixed?
