Ability to exclude DRAFT PRs
It would be very helpful if there was a way to exclude PR's marked as DRAFT from the list

My apologies, I should have added more context, I am using this in Azure DevOps. You are correct, I'm attempting to exclude them from PR's that "need attention" or in my mind, open and active.
Unfortunately, we have a branch rule that automatically adds an approver group, or your suggestion would have been an ideal solution.
Appreciate the work you've done on this, it's very helpful to stay on top of PR's across my whole team.
What system do use for PRs - GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps?
Would you like to exclude them from the list of PRs that need your attention? This can also be achieved if the draft PR is unassigned and has no reviewers.
