Pullrequest ActionList not changing status

Hi!

I've added to the action List two rules: 

PR with need attention and PR outgoing. 

Now, I receive the notification for new PRs but the tray icon won't change color, what am I doing wrong?

This should be fixed in v3.1, and the icon will be a filled blue in this case. https://catlight.io/downloads

here's my dashboard, and yes, the top icon is the same as the tray icon. 

For WorkItems everything works, I don't know if the problem is because our pull requests are not assigned to specific people but to DevOps Teams!

How does your dashboard look like, and what's the color of tray icon that you see?

In v3, CatLight tray icon should show the color of the top item on the action list.
