I just installed CatLight and logged in with my azure account. When I try to set up to monitor my working items, I can see only one project under my organization in the work items. Builds looks okay in this regard, so this effects work items only.

Never mind. I've found that I have to create a shared query. Or at least that showed up for sure.
To help others who's facing the same issue:
1, go to dev.azure.com/<organization> page
2, select the project you'd like to see your work items from
3, go to boards -> queries
4, create a new query (set up the filter conditions based on your requirement)
5, save the query, give it a name, and select Shared Queries from the New Folder dropdown.
That's it. At least that's what worked for me. After that, in catLight I went to settings -> Work Items, clicked on the refresh button, and my shared query was there.
