for offline networks.

You would need an internet connection to use CatLight Pro. The app can use a system proxy, if needed.

The app also uses online service to support build investigation feature and team status. They wouldn't work in offline network.

OnPremise solution is intended for much larger number of users (usually 100+), as there are additional setup and maintenance costs.

Are you sure that using a company proxy for internet access is not an option? The admins can whitelist service.catlight.io and catlight.io domains, and that should provide online features as well as activation.

You can also use community edition that will work in limited features mode without activation or sign-up.
