I get a blue screen suggesting the below:
Cannot start the app
Please make sure that you have KB2533623 and Universal CRT installed.
Application logs are at %APPDATA%\Catlight\Logs
You can send the logs to [email protected] and we will try to fix this.

We don't build setups for Ubuntu 20 or 19 yet. You can try installing .net core sdk 2.1, as that could pull the needed dependencies - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/install/linux-ubuntu
I get the same error in ubuntu 19.x. Logs says: [ERROR] main - web stderr: No usable version of the libssl was found
