Just reaching out because it appears our subscription might have expired. We switched out the corporate card that was previously used but it doesn't look like it has attempted to renew the subscription - and it doesn't allow us to buy a new subscription because it says we are already on a renewable subscription plan. What do we need to do in order to keep our subscription active?

Hello, your subscription has been renewed now.

Usually, updating the credit card after expiration will help, but in your case the subscription expired more than a month ago, so it was cancelled.

For future reference, this problem can be worked around as follows:

  1. Go to billing tab, click "Change renewal settings"
  2. Clear the checkbox and save.
  3. Open renewal settings again, set the checkbox and save
  4. Refresh the page
  5. Subscription should be instantly renewed

We'll update our billing system to handle such situations better.
