Bug notifications
Is it relevant for free edition ?
Is it possible to make notifications for new work item entity we created.

Currently yes.
You can add a work item query that will select those bugs and CatLight will show notifications when new bug appears. By default, the app will not show notification for the changes that you made yourself, so you can either ask someone to make a change, or go to edit/settings/notifications and allow that type of notifications.
