No builds appearing when connected to DevOps using PAT

Connected CatLight to DevOps using PAT. I can select the builds, so the connection is definitely there. But no builds of the ones I selected are appearing in the dashboard lists. Logging shows "Refreshing..." but nothing appears in the UI.

A couple of things to check:

* Does your PAT have the correct permissions to get the builds, projects, and other metadata? You can check the list of needed permissions here(in the workaround section):  https://support.catlight.io/i418-azure-devops-connection-problems

* Do any of the builds match dashboard rules? By default, CatLight will show builds that have failed and the ones that have been completed recently.

If none of that helps, please send us a diagnostic report that will include the logs, so we can investigate. You can click on Help -> send a diagnostic report to support.

Thank you for your quick response!

The PAT has full access.

It's a fresh install, connected the server, selected the builds and then, nothing happens.

I clicked that button "send a diagnostic". Not sure the report ID will be of any help to you.

Please let me know what the next steps are.

So, I don't see any obvious problems in logs. The most likely situation is that builds and releases don't match the rules in the dashboards, so they are just filtered out.

Can you double-check that at least some of the builds and releases that you have selected for monitoring are currently failed, or have been started from your user account within a past day?

You can also create a new dashboard with the same builds/releases, and modify the rules to display all of them all the time. You can just keep one rule that will select all items, with all statuses.
