Can't connect to Azure DevOps

Tried to connect using TFS and my Personal Access Token as the password it's just stuck there with "loading...". Also tried using Azure DevOps with username password and it just can't connect returning unauthorized access.

If the Catlight window goes to the background behind other windows I can't bring it back it doesn't show up on my list of windows so you have to run it again to get it back.

Can you try to go to the CatLight dashboard, click on one of the setting buttons next to the action or watch panel, and select some items to monitor from Azure DevOps?

This "loading" message can appear when no items are selected for monitoring. It's a bit confusing, and we'll change it in the future.

There are already items in the list to monitor. I tried changing a few things but same nothing comes up and it's still "Loading"

I don't see any specific errors in the logs that will explain the loading problem.

Can you attach a screenshot showing where this loading is happening?

You can also try creating a new dashboard with default monitoring rules and selecting some builds to monitor from the Azure DevOps on it.

Hello, we would need logs to troubleshoot this further

  1. Please go to edit menu/settings/advanced and check "Enable extended logging". This will turn on the logging of requests and responses from the server. Sensitive data will be masked.
  2. Repeat the action that you had trouble with (e.g. connecting to a new server).
  3. Go to help menu and click on "send diagnostic report to support", and let me know the report id.
