I have 3 dashboards. 2 of them is all "green" and the last has two failed build, both of which I have "ackowlegded".
Catlight icon on the top of the dashboard is correctly a red outline, but the Windows Taskbar icon i solid red.
Thanks for reporting the issue. Please send us a diagnostic report, so we can investigate this further. To do this, click on the "Help and Feedback" menu -> Send diagnostic report to support.
This should be fixed in 3.1.4. The tray icon will now show the highest severity of an item that needs attention. And if no items need attention, it will show the outline icon with the highest severity of acknowledged item.
