I don't seem to be able to log in to VSTS

So I'm having some problems with Catlight , I've attached screenshots to show the steps I took:

Yeah I signed out of all accounts but no luck until I figured I might need to delete my two accounts with the same email, one created when I got set up with msdn and the other set up with azure active directory.

I normally get the image below when attempting to login to msdn.

Once I deleted the personal account catlight started working

I really like your product but most of the devs have their accounts set up this way so it's going to be a pain for them to start using your product.

Thanks for providing the details!

We'll try to figure out how to handle this situation better.

Meanwhile, developers can also try using alternate credentials that they can configure in profile/security section of VSO.

This usually happens when user have multiple Microsoft accounts and is signed in the default browser with the account that does not have access to this project.

Can you try to sign out from all MS accounts in browser, and then connect again? VisualStudio.com should prompt you for the account credentials.
