      <title>Connection Problem Azure DevOps Services</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>Hello,</p> <p>Our organisation currently has some issues with CatLight, where CatLight cannot establish a connection to Azure DevOps Services.</p> <p>Background ist, that we recently migrated to Azure DevOps Services. We installed in the migrated DevOps Organisation the CatLight Extension. When trying to Login using CatLight, our developers get the OAuth Authorization form to give Consent to CatLight. But then they get a similair error to this.</p> <p></p> <p>Currently our users are circumventing this by using the PAT login. But this leads to high API Usage. Normally CatLight would use Service hooks. </p> <p>How can this be fixed?</p>]]></description>

<p>I have just downloaded CatLight in the last couple of days, primarily to monitor our build pipelines in Azure DevOps, but I can see that it will bring benefit for our current DevOps work items, and also for Jira us in the future,</p>
<p>It looks great so far from the first couple of days of the trial, but I have a major problem. It seems to lose connectivity to our DevOps pipelines and my Dashboard just doesnt show anything in there any more, even though I can still see thigs set up correctly in "Settings".</p>

<p>I am hoping to roll it out to 20 users if everything goes OK, but this would be a blocker to us moving ahead if it is something that cannot be resolved.</p>

<p>This can happen if a user is a "Protected Users" group member, and integrated Windows authentication is disabled for this user. See Microsoft's KB for more details.</p>
<p>Workarounds (use one of them):</p>
<ul>

Then Use "auto-detect settings" in CatLight to connect to Azure DevOps.</li>
<li>If appropriate, you can remove the current user account from "Protected Users" group in Active Directory</li>
<li>Use Azure DevOps personal access tokens instead of integrated Windows authentication in CatLight. In AzureDevOps connection settings in CatLight, you can use your email as user name, and personal access token as a password. To get a personal access token, go to Azure DevOps, click on your user picture in top right -&gt; Security -&gt; Personal access tokens -&gt; New Token.
<ul>
<li>In the organization dropdown, select "All accessible organizations"</li>
<li>Either provide a "full access" scope, or more granular access that should include:
<ul>
<li>Build - Read and execute</li>
<li>Code - Read, Status (for getting pull requests)</li>
<li>Graph - Read</li>
<li>Identity - Read</li>
<li>Project and Team - Read</li>
<li>Release - Read</li>
<li>Test management - Read</li>
<li>User Profile - Read</li>
<li>Work Items - Read and Write</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>You can set long expiration time to avoid repeating this process frequently (e.g. 1 year)</li></ul></li></ul>]]></content:encoded>

We've discovered what seems to be a bug. When Github fails a step, and a rerun fixes it, Catlight seems to continue reporting the build as having failed</p>
<p>The following pipeline is all green after a few retries</p>

      <title>Can't connect to Azure DevOps</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>Tried to connect using TFS and my Personal Access Token as the password it's just stuck there with "loading...". Also tried using Azure DevOps with username password and it just can't connect returning unauthorized access.</p> <p>If the Catlight window goes to the background behind other windows I can't bring it back it doesn't show up on my list of windows so you have to run it again to get it back.</p>]]></description>
