If you want to buy CatLight for another company, use the following instructions. You will need a credit card to complete the purchase.

  1. Go to https://catlight.io/editions and click "Buy CatLight". You will be forwarded to the account creation page.
  2. Create an account: provide and confirm your email.
  3. Buy the subscription using a credit card. 
  4. Assign a subscription to the customer.
    • Ask the customer if they already have a team in CatLight (most customers already do). They should provide you the email of the person who is on the CatLight team that will receive the subscription.

    • Click on "Assign subscription" and provide the email of a person on the CatLight team who will receive the subscription.

The customer should now have a license assigned to them. Any person who is on the customer's CatLight team can verify it at https://service.catlight.io/

Reseller FAQ

  • We do not provide reseller discounts. The reseller price is the same as the public price at https://catlight.io/editions 
  • The price includes support.
  • To get a quote, you can multiply the number of users you need by the per-user price at https://catlight.io/editions 
  • We have one SKU - catlight
  • CatLight is sold as an annual subscription with per-user billing.
  • Subscription is automatically renewed, but you can disable the automatic renewal after purchase at https://service.catlight.io/
  • The software license is delivered electronically and instantly after the purchase with the credit card.
  • We do not provide Net 30 or similar payment options. 
  • We recommend you pay with a credit card for the instant self-service processing. For large purchases over 1000 USD, we can accept ACH/Wire transfers. This requires manual processing and can take multiple days. If you need this option, file a ticket to receive an invoice.
